Ingredients
- 1 lb lima beans
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 2 ounces ham, cubed
- 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 cover beans and potatoes with water and bring to a boil.
- 2 simmer uncovered for twenty minutes.
- 3 drain.
- 4 add ham, half and half, butter, parsley and nutmeg and heat til almost boiling.
