Bacon-fried Potatoes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 1/2 cups raw potatoes, sliced
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes for 5 minutes; drain.
  • 2 in a frying pan, cook bacon until crisp.
  • 3 remove bacon and place on paper towels to drain; crumble bacon.
  • 4 add potatoes to bacon fat and cook until lightly browned.
  • 5 drain potatoes on paper towels.
  • 6 put pototoes on serving plate; sprinkle with bacon, salt and pepper.
