Chicken Soup

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 roasting chicken
  • 4 large carrots
  • 4 yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 leeks
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 ears corn
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 add chopped leeks and bay leaves to 2-3 inches of water and boil while you chop and debone your chicken.
  • 2 add the carrotts and potatoes and broth to the pot and boil.
  • 3 strip chicken from the bones and add to pot.
  • 4 chop sweet potato and remove corn from the cobb and add to pot.
  • 5 boil until veggies are done.
  • 6 serve!
