Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 roasting chicken
- 4 large carrots
- 4 yukon gold potatoes
- 2 leeks
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 sweet potato
- 2 ears corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 add chopped leeks and bay leaves to 2-3 inches of water and boil while you chop and debone your chicken.
- 2 add the carrotts and potatoes and broth to the pot and boil.
- 3 strip chicken from the bones and add to pot.
- 4 chop sweet potato and remove corn from the cobb and add to pot.
- 5 boil until veggies are done.
- 6 serve!
