Anytime Breakfast #sp5

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (20 ounce) package simply potatoes® shredded hash browns
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 cups diced fried mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese, of your choice

Recipe

  • 1 fry bacon. drain. crumble when cooled.
  • 2 fry onion and mushroom until onion is translucent.
  • 3 shred cheese.
  • 4 add all ingredients except cheese into a skillet and cook until potatoes are done. top with shredded cheese and serve with toast!
