Baked Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 -8 chicken thighs
  • 1 (15 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup french dressing

Recipe

  • 1 skin the chicken thighs.
  • 2 spray baking dish with pam (9 x 12).
  • 3 put chicken thighs in pan.
  • 4 mix together cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, and french dressing. (it will be kind of thick).
  • 5 cover chicken thighs with cranberry mixture.
  • 6 bake in 350 degree oven for one to one and one half hours.
  • 7 serve over mashed potatoes, or rice.
