Cheesy Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 32 ounces frozen potatoes (the little cubes)
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 10 ounces cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 mix 2 cups of the shredded cheese in a large bowl with the sour cream and soup.
  • 3 add the garlic.
  • 4 mix the potatoes into the soup mixture.
  • 5 stir in the melted butter.
  • 6 spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  • 7 top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  • 8 bake for 1 hour, or until heated through and the top is nice and crispy.
