Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

- 32 ounces frozen potatoes (the little cubes)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 10 ounces cream of potato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f.
- 2 mix 2 cups of the shredded cheese in a large bowl with the sour cream and soup.
- 3 add the garlic.
- 4 mix the potatoes into the soup mixture.
- 5 stir in the melted butter.
- 6 spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan.
- 7 top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
- 8 bake for 1 hour, or until heated through and the top is nice and crispy.
