Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (10 ounce) can campbell condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons prepared hot mustard
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced,about 6 cups
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine mixture of soup, milk, and mustard with potatoes, onion and butter in large saucepan.
  • 2 bring mixture to a boil.
  • 3 place in 9 x 13 x 2” baking pan.
  • 4 sprinkle with mixture of cheeses.
  • 5 bake covered, in preheated 375° f (190° c) oven for 30 minutes (or until golden).
  • 6 remove cover; bake for 15 minutes.
  • 7 let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
