Ingredients

- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 saute onion in butter until tender.
- 2 add potatoes and water.
- 3 cook, stirring frequently until potatoes are tender.
- 4 add corn, milk, salt, and pepper.
- 5 heat through, but do not boil.
