Bacon-fried Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 1/2 cups raw potatoes, sliced
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes for 5 minutes; drain.
- 2 in a frying pan, cook bacon until crisp.
- 3 remove bacon and place on paper towels to drain; crumble bacon.
- 4 add potatoes to bacon fat and cook until lightly browned.
- 5 drain potatoes on paper towels.
- 6 put pototoes on serving plate; sprinkle with bacon, salt and pepper.
