Cheese Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 quarts water, bring to a boil
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/2 cups potatoes, uncooked and diced
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower)
  • butter
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb processed cheese (velveeta)

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to a rolling boil.
  • 2 add bouillon, potatoes, and veggies to boiling water.
  • 3 boil for 8-10 minutes.
  • 4 saute onions and celery in a small amount of butter until tender.
