Ingredients

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 8 ounces polish sausage, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 2 cups o'brien frozen potatoes
Recipe
- 1 saute onion and diced sausage in soup kettle till onion is soft. add garlic and cook another minute. add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
