Betty's Polish Sausage Soup

Ingredients

• 1 small onion, chopped
• 8 ounces polish sausage, diced
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic clove
• 5 cups chicken stock
• 1 cup picante sauce
• 2 cups o'brien frozen potatoes

Recipe

• 1 saute onion and diced sausage in soup kettle till onion is soft. add garlic and cook another minute. add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 hours.
