Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 (1 lb) bag frozen broccoli carrots cauliflower mix
- 1 (11 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 (11 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
Recipe
- 1 simmer broth & onions 20 minutes.
- 2 add potatoes, celery, and frozen veggies & cook 30 minutes.
- 3 add soups & cheese and cook until cheese melts.
- 4 for a vegetarian version use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
