Cauliflower Mashed "potatoes"

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 2 1/2 cups cauliflower, ground in a food processor
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, ground
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 very small garlic clove
- black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine all ingredients except pepper and process until the mixture looks fluffy, like traditional mashed potatoes. top with pepper and serve.
- 2 note: i subsituted a few drops of nama shoyu for the salt, which gave it an excellent flavor.
