Ingredients

- 3 large baking potatoes
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 scrub potatoes well.
- 2 leave skin on and cut into wedges.
- 3 boil in med saucepan with broth.
- 4 when tender remove from heat and drain broth.
- 5 reserve about 1/2c.
- 6 add butter and milk and a little of broth.
- 7 add until desired consistency.
- 8 salt and pepper and serve.
