Brown Potatoes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 large baking potatoes
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 scrub potatoes well.
  • 2 leave skin on and cut into wedges.
  • 3 boil in med saucepan with broth.
  • 4 when tender remove from heat and drain broth.
  • 5 reserve about 1/2c.
  • 6 add butter and milk and a little of broth.
  • 7 add until desired consistency.
  • 8 salt and pepper and serve.
