Caesar-style Potato Salad

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked &,crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 20 to 30 minutes or until tender; drain.
  • 2 peel& cube potatoes.
  • 3 combine potato, onion, bacon, eggs, and parsley; toss gently.
  • 4 combine oil& remaining ingredients, beating with wire whisk until blended.
  • 5 pour dressing over potato mixture, and toss gently to combine.
