Chicken Of Dumpling Soup

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1 bunch celery, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup barley
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • wylers chicken bouillon granule, to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • flour

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken in a large soup pot and cover completely with water.
  • 2 bring to boil and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
  • 3 remove chicken from water, skin and bone. trim off excess fat. set aside.
  • 4 put the carrots, celery and potatoes into the water that you cooked the chicken inches.
