chicken w/cream of mushroom & potatoes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 5 potatoes
  • 2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 cut up potatoes into medium size pieces.
  • 2 in bowl combine 2 cups of water with 2 cans of the soup.
  • 3 mix.
  • 4 place potatoes in baking dish.
  • 5 pour mushroom soup mixed with water on top of potatoes.
  • 6 place chicken on top of potatoes after the soup.
  • 7 broil for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
  • 8 (chicken should be done at same time)* you can also cook the potatoes first, when they seem half way done, then add the chicken to cook and soup.
  • 9 your chicken will be more juicy, and not so well done.
  • 10 i cook it all the same time, i like my chicken dry.
