Chorizo Potato Brunch Hash #sp5

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 2 -3 chorizo sausage
- 1 kg simply potatoes, cut variety
- 1 wildfire red chili pepper
- 1/2-1 teaspoon smokey paprika
- 1 -2 tablespoon rice bran oil (or any oil that takes a high temperature)
Recipe
- 1 slice the chorizo not too thickly and chop the chilli.
- 2 heat the oil in heavy based skillet fry chorizo and chopped chilli and smokey paprika for about a minute at a high heat.
- 3 add cut variety potatoes to skillet.
- 4 dont move around too much as you are wanting to get the potatoes crunchy.
- 5 season to taste.
