Chorizo Potato Brunch Hash #sp5

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 -3 chorizo sausage
  • 1 kg simply potatoes, cut variety
  • 1 wildfire red chili pepper
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon smokey paprika
  • 1 -2 tablespoon rice bran oil (or any oil that takes a high temperature)

Recipe

  • 1 slice the chorizo not too thickly and chop the chilli.
  • 2 heat the oil in heavy based skillet fry chorizo and chopped chilli and smokey paprika for about a minute at a high heat.
  • 3 add cut variety potatoes to skillet.
  • 4 dont move around too much as you are wanting to get the potatoes crunchy.
  • 5 season to taste.
