- 4 lamb chops
- salt
- pepper
- thyme
- onion salt
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 put lamb chops in frying pan.
- 2 season with salt, pepper, thyme, and onion salt.
- 3 over medium high heat, brown chops on each side for about 7-9 minutes.
- 4 add cream of mushroom soup, put on lid an simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5 i usually have mashed potatoes for the gravy-- it is wonderful!
