- 2 slices bacon, cut in half
- 1 medium potato, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 cup water
Recipe
- 1 fry bacon slices until crisp.
- 2 add potato.
- 3 cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 4 add drained can of cut green beans.
- 5 season to taste.
- 6 add 3/4-cup water and cover.
- 7 cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes.
