- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or 1/3 cup salad dressing
- 1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
- 1 ounce extra-sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded (1/4 cup)
- 1 -2 jalapeno, seeded, finely
