Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 1/2 cups breakstone's sour cream or 1 1/2 cups knudsen sour cream
• 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of potato soup
• 2 cups cloves garlic, minced
• 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, very thinly sliced (about 8)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350.
• 2 mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl. add potatoes; toss to coat. spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
• 3 bake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
• 4 sprinkle with chives.
