Cheddar And Corn Soup

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb potato, cut in 1/2 inch dice
- 4 cups corn
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 2 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 3 cups half-and-half
- 4 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, heat butter. sauté onions, 4 minutes.
