Broccoli Soup With Creme Fraiche

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 liter chicken stock
- 250 g broccoli
- 200 g carrots
- 100 g potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup creme fraiche
Recipe
- 1 put first eight ingredients in pot and bring to the boil.
- 2 turn down the heat and simmer for as long as it takes for the vegetables to soften then allow to cool.
- 3 blend till smooth.
- 4 reheat and serve with the creme fraiche.
