Ingredients
- 1 (5 -6 ounce) package scalloped potatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 4 ounces pepperoni or 1 lb browned ground beef
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese or 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix together potatoes, tomatoes, water, oregano, and meat.
- 2 top with cheese.
- 3 bake at 400* for 1/2 an hour or until cheese is bubbly and potatoes are tender.
