Campfire Confetti

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 lb bacon
• 1/2 lb sausage
• 1/2 package o'brien potatoes
• 1/2 vidalia onion, diced
• 1 -2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 fry bacon and sausage together.
• 2 drain some of the grease off then add potatoes obrien and onion.
• 3 fry with bacon and sausage until golden brown.
• 4 beat the eggs and add to sausage mixture and cook until eggs are scrambled and done.
• 5 add cheese and cook until all melted.
• 6 serve hot.
