Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled cubed
- 2 lbs ham steaks, diced
- 1 cup water
- 4 cups ham stock
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, crushed
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 cook all together until potatoes are 1/2 cooked
- 2 pack into 2 quart jars
- 3 pressure cook at 11 lbs pressure 90 minutes as always check ball book.
