Chicken Potato Green Chili Casserole #5fix

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag crystal farms shredded monterey jack cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 400°f.
  • 2 while chicken is cooking combine green chili enchilada sauce and diced green chilis in a bowl.
  • 3 stir in potatoes until coated.
  • 4 stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese reserve 1 cup for later.
  • 5 stir in cooled shredded chicken.
  • 6 pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
  • 7 sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • 8 bake at 400f for 45 to 50 minutes.
