Ingredients

- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cubed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 bell pepper, red (seeded and cut into large chunks)
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 potatoes (cut into large chunks)
- 3 cups water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot, brown meat in oil.
- 2 sprinkle and stir in flour.
- 3 add pepper, onion and potatoes.
- 4 add water and bring to a boil.
- 5 reduce heat, stir in seasonings.
- 6 cover and simmer 2 hours or until meat is tender.
