Chili Colorado (mexican)

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 bell pepper, red (seeded and cut into large chunks)
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 potatoes (cut into large chunks)
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot, brown meat in oil.
  • 2 sprinkle and stir in flour.
  • 3 add pepper, onion and potatoes.
