Bbq Fries

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs french fries (julienne style made from idaho russet potatoes)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together all seasonings in a small bowl.
  • 2 place cut potatoes in a large ziploc bag. drizzle with olive oil.
  • 3 pour seasoning mixture over top and seal tightly. shake until seasoning mixture is distributed evenly throughout and fries are covered.
  • 4 bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crispy.
