Bbq Fries

Ingredients

- 2 lbs french fries (julienne style made from idaho russet potatoes)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 whisk together all seasonings in a small bowl.
- 2 place cut potatoes in a large ziploc bag. drizzle with olive oil.
- 3 pour seasoning mixture over top and seal tightly. shake until seasoning mixture is distributed evenly throughout and fries are covered.
- 4 bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes or until crispy.
