Best Light & Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 -8 potatoes
- 0.5 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
- 1/4 cup light parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil enough water to cover potatoes.
- 2 cut the potatoes, but leave the skins on and put them in the boiling water.
- 3 once they are cooked, drain them.
- 4 add all the remaining ingredients and mash (i use an electric mixer and whip them).
- 5 enjoy!
