Brunede Kartofler

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 750 g small potatoes, cooked
  • 125 g sugar
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melt

Recipe

  • 1 melt the sugar in a large frying pan over low heat.
  • 2 leave to simmer for a few minutes until it turns goldenbrown.
  • 3 stir in the melted butter.
  • 4 add potatoes, not to much at a time, you still have to be able to move them.
  • 5 keep stirring until the potatoes are evenly coated with the caramel.
  • 6 put them in a preheated serving dish and proceed until all potatoes are done.
  • 7 enjoy!
