- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, peeled and sliced
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
Recipe
- 1 in a 8 inch square greased baking pan, layer potatoes, onions and then carrots. combine soup with one can of water. pour over vegetables.
- 2 bake covered 350 for 30 minutes.
- 3 uncover and bake 30 mins more til veggies are tender.
