Carrot-potato Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, peeled and sliced
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup

Recipe

  • 1 in a 8 inch square greased baking pan, layer potatoes, onions and then carrots. combine soup with one can of water. pour over vegetables.
  • 2 bake covered 350 for 30 minutes.
  • 3 uncover and bake 30 mins more til veggies are tender.
