Creamy Sweet Potato Soup

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 1/4 pounds)
  • 1/2-1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • sour cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put 5 cups of water in a large pot over high heat.
  • 2 cover and bring to a boil.
