Creamy Corn Chowder

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion in butter until tender.
  • 2 add potatoes and water.
  • 3 cook, stirring frequently until potatoes are tender.
  • 4 add corn, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • 5 heat through, but do not boil.
