Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 pear, seeded, rough chopped, steamed until soft
- 1/4 sweet potato, peeled, rough chopped, steamed until soft
- 3 tablespoons overcooked oatmeal (old fashioned or quick cooking)
Recipe
- 1 blend them all together in a food processor and serve. you can freeze up to 3 months.
