Bacon And Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
- 4 slices bacon, cooked drained and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk, half & half or 1/2 cup cream
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes until tender. drain and place in large mixing bowl.
- 2 add butter and cheese while potatoes are still hot. add a little milk and start mixer on low. increase speed and add more milk as needed until potatoes are fluffy and creamy.
- 3 fold in bacon. add salt and pepper to taste. serve warm.
