Bacon And Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked drained and crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk, half & half or 1/2 cup cream
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes until tender. drain and place in large mixing bowl.
  • 2 add butter and cheese while potatoes are still hot. add a little milk and start mixer on low. increase speed and add more milk as needed until potatoes are fluffy and creamy.
  • 3 fold in bacon. add salt and pepper to taste. serve warm.
