Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine the soup, onion, melted butter, salt and pepper; stir well.
- 3 stir in the cheese and hash browns.
- 4 transfer to a 13 x 9 inch dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
