Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine the soup, onion, melted butter, salt and pepper; stir well.
  • 3 stir in the cheese and hash browns.
  • 4 transfer to a 13 x 9 inch dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
