Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon butter
• paprika

Recipe

• 1 cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and mash.
• 2 stir in cream cheese, sour cream, onions, melted butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper. spoon into a 2 quart baking dish. sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
• 3 bake uncovered at 375º for 20 minutes.
