Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 -6 large potatoes (i prefer yukon gold potatoes)
- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 3/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 peel & slice potatoes into large pot. cover with water.
- 2 cook until potatoes are very soft.
- 3 drain potatoes (do not rinse).
- 4 put all ingredients into large mixing bowl (while potatoes are still hot).
- 5 beat until creamy.
