Cheesy Ham Chowder

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion (thinly sliced)
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups cooked ham (diced)
- 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine potatoes and celery in a pot of water and bring to a boil. cover and cook for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.
- 2 in a saucepan melt butter and then add onion. cook onion until tender but not browned.
- 3 when potatoes and celery are done, drain water and then put back in pot. add onion, ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, and salt and pepper.
- 4 let heat up for 5 minutes to combine flavors and then add cheese and mix constantly.
- 5 once cheese has melted, serve and enjoy.
