- 16 ounces frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (11 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheese
- 1 small onion
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together in a 2.8 liter casserole dish.
- 2 sprinkle the top with cheese.
- 3 bake at 350°f for 1 hour.
- 4 enjoy!
