- 2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 reserve 1/2 cup of cheese and combine all other ingredients in a bowl.
- 3 transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- 4 bake for one hour.
