Bacon Topped Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

- 4 medium baking potatoes
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked &,crumbled
Recipe
- 1 wash potatoes, and rub skins with vegetable oil.
- 2 bake@ 400 degrees for one hour or until done.
- 3 allow potatoes to cool to touch.
- 4 cut a one inch lengthwise stip from top of each potato; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.
- 5 combine potatoe pulp and remaining ingredients except bacon in a mixing bowl.
- 6 beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until light& fluffy; stuff shells with potato mixture.
- 7 bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; top with crumbled bacon.
