Bar C Ranch Style Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar
• 1 pinch salt and pepper
• 4 medium sized potatoes

Recipe

• 1 peel and cut potatoes into wedges.
• 2 stir all other ingredients in a bowl. add potatoes until totally covered in sauce. use a slotted spoon to place potatoes on cookie sheet covered in foil. bake at 425f for 30-40 minutes, or until soft.
