Cheddar-asiago Potato Bread

Total Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups warm potato cooking water (or just warm water)
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (leftover works great)
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated asiago cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a bread machine, combine warm water and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes. add remaining ingredients in order given.
  • 2 i knead and raise in the bread machine. punch the dough down and divide into two loaves.
  • 3 bake in 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
