Cheddar-asiago Potato Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups warm potato cooking water (or just warm water)
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (leftover works great)
- 4 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup grated asiago cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a bread machine, combine warm water and yeast, let sit for 5 minutes. add remaining ingredients in order given.
- 2 i knead and raise in the bread machine. punch the dough down and divide into two loaves.
- 3 bake in 350 degree oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
