- firm potato, boiled in their jackets, and then peeled
- 35 -50 g butter
- 3 tablespoons caster sugar
Recipe
- 1 n.b. ~ the recipe states ~ be careful not to overcook the potato's, or they will break up.
- 2 melt the sugar in a large frying pan. when it is light brown, add the butter. rinse the potato's well under cold water and quickly tip into the pan.
- 3 shake the pan so that the potato's are caramelized all over.
- 4 heat through and serve at once.
