Cheesy Ham And Potato Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cooked cubed ham
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375º.
  • 2 press potatoes on the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  • 3 bake for 10 minutes.
  • 4 mix milk, eggs, and pepper in medium bowl.
  • 5 stir in ham, 2 tablespoons green onions, and 2 tablespoons red pepper.
  • 6 sprinkle half of the cheese over potatoes.
  • 7 pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
  • 8 bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 9 top with remaining cheese, green onions and red pepper.
  • 10 let stand for 10 minutes before serving or put back in oven until cheese melts.
