Carnation Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes (6 med)
  • 1 cup carnation evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
  • 2 return potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk and butter.
  • 3 beat with hand mixer until smooth.
  • 4 season with salt and pepper.
