- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes (6 med)
- 1 cup carnation evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
- 2 return potatoes to saucepan; add evaporated milk and butter.
- 3 beat with hand mixer until smooth.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
