Barbara's Country Style Ribs, Sauerkraut And Potatoes

Total Time: 2 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 lbs boneless country-style ribs
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar sauerkraut
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • potato

Recipe

  • 1 in dutch oven, cook ribs in small amount of water until tender.
  • 2 add sauerkraut and caraway seeds.
  • 3 add potatoes and cook until done.
  • 4 this can be all put into slow cooker and cooked.
